How do I create an account?

You can create an account using your email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Simply open the app and tap "Sign Up" to get started.

How do I join a gym?

During signup, you'll be asked to select your gym from a list of participating gyms. If your gym uses a join code, you'll need to enter it to verify your membership.

How do I record a training round?

Navigate to the Roll screen and tap "Start Round" to begin recording. The app will capture video from your gym's cameras. You can also use the Apple Watch companion to start and stop rounds.

How do I create a clip from my training?

Use the "Grab Clip From Earlier" feature to browse through your gym's recorded footage and create clips from specific moments in your training.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please contact us at info@grapplink.io with your request. We will process your request within 30 days.

Is my training data private?

Yes, your training data is private by default. Only you and authorized gym administrators (if applicable) can access your training videos and statistics. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

What devices are supported?

GrappLink supports iPhone running iOS 15 or later. We also have an Apple Watch companion app for convenient round tracking during training.

Troubleshooting

The app won't connect to my gym's cameras

Make sure you're connected to your gym's WiFi network. If problems persist, check with your gym administrator to ensure the camera system is operational.

Videos aren't loading

Try refreshing the app or checking your internet connection. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in. Contact support if problems continue.

I forgot my password

Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
